access to all ASM line components – easily,

globally, cost-effectively, and with total protection

for your data and IT networks.

ASM Remote Smart Factory combines the benefits of a

convenient and fast remote service with the strictest IT security

requirements.

Its central component is the ASM Smart Factory Plug&Work Box.

It connects ASM line components (SIPLACE placement machines,

DEK printers, Head Care Station, Vision Teach Station, Material

Tower, etc.) with the ASM Internet Service Portal over the

customer's own IT network.

Your networks and your data are secure at all times, because

remote access takes place only upon request. In addition, each

access gets logged in detail.

the need for e-mails, file transfers, telephone calls and

Conventional tools don't meet these requirements, because they

involve separate sessions for each module component, resulting

in security gaps. Their use is no longer permitted by many security

Secure remote access

With ASM Remote Smart Factory, ASM components can be easily

troubleshot and settings can be adjusted in a single session.

Authentication, access and communication are handled via a

specially secured and globally available server application. The

integration effort on the factory side is minimal. All that’s needed is

to connect the ASM Smart Factory Plug&Work Box with the ASM

components and the Internet.

Each access by our technicians requires your permission, which is

granted and documented via support tickets. ASM technicians

must legitimize themselves, and everything they do is

automatically logged. Any data is transmitted in encrypted form

only and automatically deleted after 24 hours or sooner.
