1. Introduction

2. Objective
This function is to check a condition of nozzle buffing any time you like.
The following abnormities can be detected.
- Stiff buffing with the nozzle shorten.
- Completely stiff buffing with the nozzle extended.
- Buffing can slide but not smoothly.
- It not returned, when carrying out buffing, and the nozzle became short.
It can cause mis-picking and miss-mounting if you use such nozzles above, so we recommend
maintenance or exchange the nozzle as soon as an abnormity is detected.

3. Setting method
3.1. Machine Setting
To use this function, Set [VmSpec] [Specification Information] [Buffing check spec] to “Use”.
(See Fig. 3.1.1)

3.2. Nozzle Buffing Setting
This function is supported only with nozzles with buffing.
You can see if they have buffing or not from [VmSpec] [Specification Information] [Mount
Nozzle Specification] – [Nozzle Data]. (See Fig. 3.2.1)
