1. Introduction

2. Explanation of function
P-Tool supports Dual Lane Machine from this version. This document describe the changing
point of each applications.
2.1. Summary
2.1.1. Board Data
Dual Lane Machine uses the board data, YGX(Combined), some board data are combined.
Kind Feature
Single Board Data
YGX
It is same as the board data before.
It is used for the production only on single lane.
It is added lane number to identify for which lane. (Refer to 2.4.
Optimizer) This data is valid only to dual lane machine.
Combined Board Data
YGX(Combined)
It is new board data that some single board data are combined
to one file.
It is used for the production on both lane.
It is able to create on P-Tool.
It is NOT able to create YGX(Combined) board data. It is
created to use special utility. (Refer to 2.1.1.Multi Lane Utility)
It has board name and comment of all data in internal data.
They are original data to combine.
P-Tool supports YGX(Combined) board data from this version.

2.1.2. Mount Mode
Dual Lane Machine can product with following mount mode.
Mount Mode Feature
Parallel Each head mounts only for each lane.
Alternate Front lane and rear lane are mounted in order.
It is set automatically when created by combining some single board data according to the
parts arrangement.
It is added to Board Information, but it is not able to edit. It is changed only by optimizer.
2.1.3. Transfer Mode
Dual Lane Machine can product with following transfer mode.

Transfer
Each lane decides the timing to start or finish to transfer.
Synchronous
Transfer
Both lane synchronize the timing to start or finish to transfer.
It is not used with [Parallel Lanes]. Data check error occurs with both setting.
It is added to Board Information, it is able to edit.
