Unity IC series dispensing systems provide an

igent dispensing solution that is capable of automatically

nsating bead size using an optional vision system that
m

res bead diameter and automatically compensates
pressure
to dispense the optimal bead size.
The IC Series is available in a 30ml or larger 310ml
configuration giving you the flexibility in to choose the most
appropriate package size for your particular application.
When combined with the Unity tabletop automation system,
overall accuracy and functionality are enhanced with vision
guidance, linear encoded motion and easy-to-use dispensing
software to optimize the process and motion control.
Two Unity IC 300 applicators are available, each tailored to
meet a variety of electronics assembly needs when used with
an automation system. The IC 300-E and IC 300-M
applicators feature a unique check valve design that reduces
material leakage, allowing for more efficient operation.
