2 Outline
This function is the function to mount long boards in two steps at the main stopper position
(first half mount) and the exit stopper position (second half mount) by the machine equipped
with the "Std. LED (NLED)" conveyor or the "Extension LED (ELED)" conveyor.
3 Restrictions
This function has the following restrictions.
3.1 Restrictions when this function is effective
1. This function requires the "Std. LED (NLED)" conveyor or the "Extension LED (ELED)"
conveyor.
2. Only one board can exist on the conveyor during board transfer when the machine
equipped with the “LED package specs”.
3. The mountable maximum board length is as follows.
4. This function does not support “fiducial all recognition” function. (Data check error
occurs)
5. This function does not support “stride board buffering” function.
6. This function does not support “Op010: 3A Process Control” function.
