FlexRouter II
Flexible depaneling system
The depaneling systems FlexRouter II are developed
for inline operations in productions with middle to high
mix.
Due to its short cycle time and high flexibility, this
depaneling system is predestined for the automatic
separation of circuit boards.
The user-friendly graphic interface allows a quick and
simple adaption in the start-up process or for product
changes.
