人機介面
&PLC
1.1 架構及功能
人機介面主要在於設定所要的測試模式(如單機或連線,有無前後站等設定),而 PLC 主要在
控制 PCB 進出板、夾板,與 Main Pc 相互傳遞檢測或 Pass/Fail 等訊號(透過 RS-232 cable);一般
機台架設在 in-line 狀態下,比較會有進出板不良或前後站架設不良的狀況,以下大致說明一些可
能會發生的故障排除:
1. 當遇到所檢測的 PCB 比較長的時候,在檢測完畢後 PCB 出板而下一片 PCB 進板,此時可能會
同時遮蔽到 Sensor1(進板 Sensor)及 Sensor2(減速 Sensor),在 目前 PLC 的程式邏輯中,Sensor1
及 Sensor2 是不能同時感應到,否則蜂嗚器會響而板子自動出板,此時可調整 Sensor1 及 Sensor2
的相對位置,避免同時遮蔽而造成不正常運行,但設定同進同出時例外。
2. 前後站連接:請依 SMEMA 規定接線,另外在 Port2 pin5/6 提供, Test Pass 時 short 訊號.。
#以上連接接點皆為一乾接點,故無正負極性之分。
1.2 人機介面操作方式
1 起始畫面(圖 1.1):開機後約等待 5 秒,畫面會跳至起始頁(圖 1.1),此時會出現模式設定,方
向設定,其他設定,顯示與復歸等五種選項。

1.1 模式設定(圖 1.2):可選擇連線模式與單機模式或測試模式三種。(關機後會自動記憶,並
於下次開機時自動設定)。
1.1.1 連線模式:與外部設備做連線測試。
1.1.2 連線模式(在待機畫面隱藏通過鍵):按右下角隠藏鍵 2 秒,放開後再按連線模式,則
連線模式按鈕會反黑,在待機畫面時會將通過按鈕隱藏,如圖 1.32。
1.1.3 單機模式:不與外部設備做連線測試,需人工放板及取板。
1.1.4 測試模式:單板測試,不與外部設備做連線測試,可選擇來回測試次數。
