●Rotate the belt in the motor pulley (indicated by the arrow), and
replace it if you find scratch, adhesion of dust, wear-out or
warn out or scuffing on it.
●Eight belts on each lane for dual conveyor, eight belts for
single conveyor. (See the figure below)

Motor pulley
●It describes how to work at the front side based on the premise of the front reference.
●For the rear reference, detach the tray feeder and work at the rear side.
●The inspection procedure is the same as the PCB conveyor except step ⑦. Follow the procedure of the
PCB conveyor for the process before and after step ⑦.
