3. Remove the drain hose, if one is used on the machine.
4. Hold the lock button down and rotate the filter case to remove it.
5. Remove any water that has collected in the filter case, and use a neutral detergent
to clean the case. Clean the inside of the filter with compressed air, or replace it if
necessary.

2. Lubrication
Precautions During Lubrication
• Prior to beginning any lubrication, turn the main breaker to off.
• Apply an appropriate amount of lubricant. If too much lubricant is applied, it
may splatter and drop on boards inside the machine. Special care should be taken
to keep the camera lens clean for stable part inspection. Use a lens cleaner to keep
the lens clean.
Types of Lubricants
The lubricants that are used have the following characteristics.
Daphne Eponex No. 2
Biral T&D
Lithium grease by Idemitsu suited to mid/low speed parts.
Anticorrosive spray on oil suited to low speed, low load
parts.

High grade synthetic oil based on grease by THK suited to
high speed parts.
