indicates the success or failure of the attempt.

Normally, only VIDs of class EC (i.e. Equipment Constants) are used in this message.
However, any VID of class DV, EC, or SV can be used.

EC, in order by VID.
For compatibility with older Host implementations, the Equipment allows the following
