Remove the cap from cartridge
and screw the cartridge into
the main body with the grease
canister removed
●Screw in tight.
(Loose cartridges may cause grease
to leak)
Pull the chain on the grease
canister ( ) and lock it into
the groove ( )
Insert the cartridge into the
grease canister ( ), and screw
the canister into the main body

Release the chain from the groove
( ) and house it in the canister
( )
●Check if the grease comes out of the nozzle
tip by pumping the lever a few times ( )

How to use the grease gun
Applied grease list
Push the nozzle tip onto the
grease nipple
Pump the lever a few times
●To apply the prescribed amount of
grease, operate the lever in the following
positions - fully open, halfway opened, a
quarter way opened, or fully closed.
●Delivery rate, if the grease gun as an
option is in use, is 0.9 cm

per stroke.
Wipe off any excess grease
with a cloth
●If left unattended, the excess grease
may drop on the PCB during
production.
