ATTENTION
They should be maintained at regular 560-hour intervals. However, optimal maintenance intervals can
vary according to conditions such as the installation environment of your equipment, the types of PCBs
you are producing, or the operating status of your production machine.
In addition, the continued use of your machine with any of its PCB detection sensors stained not only
could prevent successful detection, but also make it difficult to remove the stain, requiring a longer
maintenance time.
Clean any PCB detection sensors at the maintenance intervals that suit the usage conditions of your
machine.
Make sure that you use the following industrial use cotton swabs for precision machinery when cleaning
the PCB detection sensor (transparency type).
Note that the use of any other types of swabs than the one below keeps you from thoroughly cleaning the
detecting sections of the sensors.
When cleaning the PCB detection sensor (reflection type), you can use both commercially available swabs
and industrial use swabs.
