This section describes how to replace the air filter element of the placement head (3-nozzle head V2).
Tool used: Swab
Time required: 5 minutes (per head)
Lifetime (reference): 6,000 [h]

●When the front head is replaced,
move the front head to the rear
side. Replace it from the rear side.
●Be careful not to apply force to the
X-axis linear scale protective
cover during filter replacement.
(The cover may be deformed and
interfere with the linear scale
reading head.)
Push the X-axis to the other side of the head
to be replaced

Individuals with pacemakers, etc. should keep away from the linear motor
