2. Display OPERATION SETUP to check
that settings are as follows.
Motion Mode: Normal Opr.
Parts-Out Mode: Stop
Pre-Pick Mode: OFF
Auto Recovery: OFF
Parts Alternate: OFF
Stop Mode: Cycle Stop
3. Display Motion Setup (Unit) screen to
check that settings are as follows.
Nozzle Escape Detect: Yes
Display result of recognition: No
Unload PWB First: Turned off
3 Press [START] button on the operation
panel and fit parts onto the simple
measuring glass PWB.
Fitting operation is performed for one cycle, and then
the unit stops.
Make sure the wrong pickup or pickup error
does not occur.
4 When fitting is completed without error,
display the accuracy correction screen.

3. Press the [START] button on the
operation panel.

5 Click the Mount accuracy calibration button.

6 Make sure the message “Transcription
calibration” is displayed in the Calibration
contents field, and then click the Start
calculating calibration data button.

Wait until the parts recognition by the PWB camera
ends.
7 Check the displayed result and, if the
correction value needs to be applied, click
the Apply button.
When the Cancel button is clicked, the process ends
without executing the calibration.
When the calculation result is 3Sigma <
±35[µm] and Avg < 10[µm], the catalog SPEC
(±50[µm] CPK > 1.0 or above) is satisfied.
