[Changing conveyor width specification]
1 Move the CV axis origin sensor and
CCW sensor together with the brackets.
2 Change the M/C setup.
1. Change "CV_WIDTH=410" in
"c:¥asm¥mcdata1¥asmconfig.ini" to
"CV_WIDTH=360."
2. Input a value obtained by subtracting "50" from
the value of "SOFT_LIMIT_PLUS" in
"c:¥asm¥mcdata1¥pm_param.ini."
3 Restart the unit.
4 Input origin offset value so that the
conveyor width becomes actual PWB
dimension +0.2[mm].
NOTE:
When you want to broaden the
conveyor width, subtract from the input
value. When you want to narrow the
conveyor width, add to the input value.
5 If you changed the conveyor width
specification to 360[mm], change
the position of the nozzle sensor
also.

Execute this work if you have changed the specification of the width to 360[mm].
If the conveyor specification is standard, we don't need to do this work.
1 Remove rear side center cover and shooter.
2 Loosen 2-CP3x6, and change the position of
Nozzle sensor.
3 Set up again nozzle sensor.
For procedure of nozzle sensor adjustment, refer to
the “Nozzle sensor Adjustment [HLGB-10415-01].”

[Replacing Y axis urethane stopper (Rear head only)]
1 Turn off power for the unit.
2 Open the slide door on the rear side, and
move the rear head to the front wherever
possible.
3 Remove the bolts 4-CP4x30, and remove
the existing urethane stopper.
4 Apply small amount of LOCKTITE 242 to
the bolts 4-CP4x10 and install the
urethane stopper for tray specification.
NOTE:
Urethane stopper for replacement is only for
tray specification.
