When the parts bring back check is executed, the head up was not confirmed
though the head move up.
Nozzle down limit sensor is illegal.(Full Air Machine.)
Nozzle down lower end sensor is illegal. Or it was not possible to move the
movable head height.(Full Servo Machine.)
Please resume operations after confirming the state of each sensor

It is failed in movement of LH axis of ATS.
Possible causes are as follows:
1. The Latch doesn't move normally.
2. The Latch sensor is abnormal.

4. The LH axis doesn't move normally.
