1.8 Umrüstung auf Druckluft oder Vakuum (Version b)
: Entfernen Sie den Druckluftschlauch Ø 8mm aus dem Verteiler (siehe Abb. 1.6.2).
: Verschließen Sie die offene Bohrung mit einem Blindstopfen Ø 8mm (03010908-xx).
: Entfernen Sie den Blindstopfen Ø 12mm.
: Schieben Sie den Vakuumschlauch (03052068-xx) (siehe Abb. 1.8.1) in den Verteiler.
: Stecken Sie den Winkel (03052349-xx) auf den Vakuumschlauch (siehe Abb. 1.8.2).
: Schieben Sie den Winkel in den Bestückkopf.

Auch bei Druckluft sollte hier – anstatt den bestehenden 8mm Druckluftschlauch weiter zu ver-
wenden – der 12mm Vakuumschlauch angeschlossen werden. Sollte später einmal eine Vaku-
umpumpe angeschlossen werden, ist alles vorbereitet.

This manual describes the hoses between the distributor placement head and C&P20 placement
head when a C&P20 FS02 is replaced with a C&P20 FS03. 2
The new C&P20 head can be supplied with vacuum+compressed air or just with compressed air. 2

When supplied, the placement head is set up for compressed air. 2

Conversion of the C&P20 placement head from compressed air to vacuum is described in section
1.11 of the vacuum pump retrofit instructions (00195089-). 2
2.1 Requirements
The C&P20 placement head (item no.: 03008827-03 is fitted. 2
a) Distributor placement head for compressed air is fitted (holes Ø8 mm), or 2
b) Distributor placement head for compressed air and vacuum is fitted (holes Ø12 mm). 2
2.2 Tools required
– Diagonal cutter
– Hose pliers
– Tool for unlocking Q8 (item no. 03047090-xx)
