2.6 Conversion

The conversion must only be carried out by SIPLACE service engineers. 2

2.6.1 Moving the machine zero point
To be able to set the conveyor on the HS-60 / D4machine type to its maximum conveyor width
(Wide), it is first necessary to move the machine zero point. The hardware must be converted by
a service engineer in order to do this. The following sequence should also be followed in order to
return the machine zero point to its previous default position. 2

There are already holes for moving the angle unit exactly 25 mm to the outside. Only two of the 4
screws have to be removed (the 2 screws marked with a red dot are for fitting and remain fixed).
Move the angle units and tighten the 2 screws. 2

directory in the "real.ma" file:
The conveyor zero point should have the following value, depending on the software version:
Enter the correct value if this is not the case.
: Switch the placement machine off at the main switch.
The software changes take effect when the machine is switched on again.

2.6.2 Removing reflectors and grease nipples
: Replace the existing reflector (item no.: 00335609-01) with the new reflector on gantries 2 and

Do NOT use reflectors with the same item number, but release -02 (00335609-02). 2

: Replace the installed grease nipples on the insides of all the gantries (2 screws on each) with
the grub screws (DIN 913 - M 6 x 5-ST, item no.: 00305531-01).
