1 Brief Description
This installation manual provides instructions on installing the 707.1 version of the SIPLACE
®
station software and the Vision computer software on the SIPLACE X2, X3, X4, X4i, X2 S, X3 S,
X4 S, X4 S micron, X4i S, X4i S micron, SX1/SX2 (V2), SX4, DX1/DX2, DX4, CA4 and CA4 eWLP
placement machines (customer solution, no release for series production).
It contains information on the scope of delivery and requirements for successful installation.

SIPLACE Station and SIPLACE Vision GUI:
The standard package contains German, English and Simplified Chinese versions. As for
Simplified Chinese a preliminary version is provided.
The final version of Simplified Chinese and other languages contained in the languages package
are optional and available under the item number [00140046-xx].
