► Push the vacuum pump into the machine.

► Lift the vacuum pump slightly and fit the exhaust air

sheet (1) above the air outlet.

► Use two M4 screws to fasten the exhaust air sheet at

(2).

► Insert the cap (2) into the opening (1) on the exhaust

air sheet.

3.2.15 Fitting the exhaust air disposal

Fitting the exhaust air disposal

There are two possibilities for the exhaust air disposal:

► Screw the vacuum distributor firmly to the vacuum

pump filter (1). Use a size 36 spanner wrench for this.

Variant 1: Exhaust tube (old)

An exhaust tube is connected to the air outlet conduit at

the vacuum pump.

Variant 2: Air box (new, standard)

An air box is fitted at the machine below and connected

to the air outlet conduit at the vacuum pump with a spe-

cial aluminum flex tube.

Exhaust tube installation

► Fasten the exhaust tube(1) with a hose clamp to the

"flange sheet assembly" [03084232-xx] (2) and then

fasten this from below to the air outlet conduit (3).

► Run the exhaust tube out of the machine.

The installation at location 1 and 4 is identical

► Hook the air box at the machine frame with the

crotchets and fix it in place with the two fastening

screws.
