a Remove the condensate tank by turning it counter-clockwise and then pulling it down and out
(bayonet fitting).
s Unscrew the filter casing from the compressed air maintenance unit.
d Unscrew the Phillips screw to remove the filter from the filter casing.
f Replace the filter if it is dirty.
: Reverse the sequence described above to refit the filter and filter casing.

: Open the main compressed air valve once more.

Inspect or replace the silencer 6
: Check the silencer of the Collect&Place head for dirt.
If it appears discolored, turn the retainer counter-clockwise.
: Replace the dirty filter and reverse the sequence described above to fit.

Clean and grease the toothed belts for the X and Z axes 6
: Clean the toothed belts of the X and Z axes.

a Lightly grease the X axis toothed belt using a short-bristled brush moistened with ISOFLEX
TOPAS NCA 52.
s Lightly grease the Z axis toothed belt using a short-bristled brush moistened with ISOFLEX
TOPAS NCA 52.
: Distribute the grease evenly over the toothed belt by moving the axes back and forth.
: Remove any excess grease.

Maintain the component feeder table 6
d Clear the feeder area.
: Remove any loose components from the component feeder table using the vacuum cleaner.
f Use a whetstone to remove any bumps on the magnetic rail.
