Distributor (back part of head) 7
a Carefully remove the distributor together with the two O-rings.

s Carefully remove the two O-rings.
: Clean them and grease them very sparingly with UNISILKON L250L.
: Check the distributor for damage. The running surface should be smooth and not grooved at
all.
Replace the distributor if it is damaged (see servicing instructions).

: Wipe the distributor using a lint-free cloth moistened with ethyl alcohol.
: Blow through with compressed air.

d Check that the gold spring pins (ball catches) move easily.
Replace the entire distributor if any of the ball catches does not move easily.
f Place the clean distributor and the lightly greased O-rings on a clean surface.

Star brake 7
: Check the star brake for damage and to ensure that it is working correctly.
a Wipe the star brake using a dry, lint-free cloth. Make sure that you remove all grease residues.
: Fill each of the three small holes in the star brake (see arrows) with ISOFLEX TOPAS NCA 52.
s Remove excess grease with a lint-free cloth.

: Apply a thin film of grease to the surface of the star brake.

Distributor seat 7
d Clean the distributor seat with a cottonwool bud moistened with ethyl alcohol.

Be careful not to push dirt into the vacuum openings with the cottonwool bud. 7
