Wipe off old grease with an oiled rag
and apply new grease to the linear way
with a brush or supply from the grease
nipples (2 places) with a grease gun.
* Take ample care not to leave the
waste threads after cleaning.
* Use the U- and N-type attachments.

Pallet Receiver
Inspection
Check to see if the pallet receiver is
worn out or not.
When the receiver is worn out to the
extent that the pallet is warped, follow
the steps below for the replacement.
1. Remove 5 bolts fastening the pallet
receiver and detach the receiver.
2. Attach a new pallet receiver and
tighten the bolts.

rails are worn out or not, using a scale.

Inspection
Check the warpage of the pallet with a
scale.
(Up to 0.5 mm or less)
