4.2.5 [Pallet Chuck Claw Connection Check] Sensor
This sensor works to prevent the machine from being operated with the
pallet chuck claw being connected incorrectly with the pallet.

• This sensor is used to detect if a pallet exists or not
during drawout and return operations.
An error occurs when the sensor cannot detect a pallet
during clutch engagement (for drawout), drawout, and
return operations.

When one of the left sensors has detected an error, the
following measures are taken.
• When a mispicked component is detected during op-
eration, the traverse shaft decelerates and stops.

When one of the left sensors has detected an error, the
following measures are taken.
• An error occurs when it cannot be confirmed that the
pallet chuck claws are being opened during opening
operation.
• An error occurs when it cannot be confirmed that the
pallet chuck claws are being closed during closing
operation.
