The HCS provides the capability to verify SIPLACE Collect & Place heads, regardless if they are
prepared for compressed air or vacuum pump operation:

For compressed air operation (Venturi), the HCS can be connected to the standard pneumatic
infrastructure as specified for SIPLACE placement machines. 3.1.6 "Pneumatic Sys-
tem" [}40]

For vacuum pump operation, the option vacuum pump HCSII[03107491-xx] is to be used.

NOTICE
CPP and TH (P&P) heads not supported for vacuum pump option
Only heads of type C&P20x can be operated with the vacuum pump: C&P20, C&P20A,
C&P20P, C&P20M, C&P20M2.
NOTICE
Monitor, keyboard and mouse not included in standard package
The standard package of the HCS comes without monitor, keyboard and mouse which are
required to operate the HCS GUI. Either purchase them from SIPLACE or choose any
standard equipment on the market. SIPLACE offers the following parts:
► USB-Keyboard Active Key with Touch-Pad [03059594-xx]
► Monitor TFT 22’’ -LCD B22W-7 LED [00388390-xx]
► Alternatively, you can access and operate the HCS remotely from your notebook or
