n B/W Threshold – Set the threshold to judge the black and white.
n Bright Ratio –It means the tolerance of white ratio.
n TEST Method
u Bright – If the white ratio over the tolerance, the inspection box will be
regarded as failed.
u Dark –If the white ratio is lower than the tolerance, the inspection box
will be regarded as failed.
11.2.4. Lead void
l To check no solder or open of IC lead. Algorithm is as same as void window.
Difference is not calculating the bright area as denominator when trains lead void.
l Pass level setting

11.2.5. Pin
l To check shift, over (low) solder or open of components. By setting threshold
and High/Low ratio to check NG or not. When user trains pin window, software
will memorize the bright zone as 100.
l Pass level setting
n B/W Threshold – The threshold to judge the black and white.
n High Ratio – Set the tolerance ratio that the box can’t exceed.
n Low Ratio – Set the tolerance ratio that the box can’t be smaller than.

l To check the bridge of IC leads. When user trains the solder, threshold will be
automated setting according to surrounding area. Solder will check outward from
window. If 7(10) pixels’ exceeds the threshold, it will show fail in standard (high)
