Chapter 7 Start to Inspection
WARNING: Risk of electric shock and mechanical injury. Only fully
trained persons are allowed to take place all the installation process.
1. Power On
(1) Open the upper cover and confirm that there is no any foreign matter inside. Be
sure the front and back emergency stop switch are all released and the inter lock
is change to [ON]. Then close the upper cover.
(2) Be sure that the power cable is connected to 220V single phase power.
(3) Open the breaker that is on the back door.
(4) Turn on the power switch clockwise to start the machine.

(5) Press the [RESET] button to start the X-Y Table.
(6) Stand by state.
2. Open program
(1) Double click on the shortcut of TR7500E main program.
(2) Open project file (*.pre)

(3) The system will ask if you want to set conveyer width automatically. If there is
no auto conveyer width system, you have to set the width manually with PLC.
(4) Press [Inspect] button to start inspecting.
(1) Press [TEST] on man machine interface.
3. Check Barcode
(1) Set [Parameter/Panel/Barcode/Barcode Setting]
