1 General Information
1.1 Course Overview SIPLACE D4 (FSE)
Course Type: FSE Training for SIPLACE D4
Description: The training is especially setup for SIPLACE experienced technicians enabling them to
go for the Siplace D-Series, with the machines type D4
The participants knows the different parts of a SIPLACE D4 the differences to the
SIPLACE HS60 and X3 and their specific function.
They are able to operate the SITEST 602.x software, can perform parts replacement
according to spare parts definition and following adjustments as well as a machine
calibration.
Using hand-on exercises the participants learn the operation of the SAT-Box and the
Caccia software.
They understand the functional relations and the machine principles in detail and can
thus locate and eliminate machine errors.
He can perform the head modularity on the machine and knows the MTC2 option.
Course duration: The "Advanced Level 1 Training for SIPLACE D4 " is laid out for 5 days with the following
class hours:
First day: course starts at 10.00 am
Last day: course ends at 12 am.

Uhr.
Target Group: The training addresses particularly internal technical employees, among other things:
SIPLACE Field service engineers (FSE)
SIPLACE trainer
SIPLACE setup engineers
Requirements: To guarantee optimal training success the number of participants is limited to six.
To be able to achieve the course objective the participation in the listed training below is
necessary.

SIPLACE Programming for SIPLACE Pro and SIPLACE Vision
Further more each technician needs his Laptop with all service tools properly installed.
Depending on the experience of the trainers the following topics are optional:
Location.: The training is available in every SIPLACE training center equipped with a SIPLACE D4
and a D3(X3) (602 software installed).
