1. Separate the Air Pressure Tube and the Cable connected to the Air Module of the Air Head.
2. Release the fixing bolts for the Air Module and separate the Air Module.
3. Separate the Coil Tube and the Joint Assy.

7. After assembling the Ball Spline, check the following.
Ball Spline's degree of concentricity is less than 0.045mm.
Ball Spline's degree of flatness : X direction - 0.015mm or less, Y direction – 0.015mm or less
X axis distance discrepancy 30±0.02mm
