5. Cut the head of the Guide Mat for the Flat Cable at the end of the bracket. Make sure that the middle of the
X axis and the Y axis are 30~35mm long.
6. When fixing the bracket, draw a marking line again at 35mm away from the marking line of the flat cable
and make sure that marking line is in accordance with the end of the BKT when you assemble it.
7. While firmly attaching the Guide Mat to the GAP tool, check the levelness and fix the bolts.
8. Make sure that the GAP tool maintains perpendicularity to the Flat Cable and refer to the marking lines.

Inject grease into the two places marked.
Check if the tube is bent or it is well fit into the fitting. Use a grease injector to inject grease into five
places.
Inject until the grease reaches the fitting.
While pushing the frame back and forth, see if the LM Guide or Ball Screw has grease st ains on it.
If not, inject grease.

1. Reduce the Parameter's No.28(2nd Notch Frequency) by 10HZ and see if there is noise.
2. If there is no noise, then reduce it down to 150Hz to check if noise or vibration is maintained.
3. If the noise is amplified, then increase the frequency by 10Hz to check for noises.
* See if the vibration continues until a max 190 ㎐.
4. After modifying No.28(2nd Notch Frequency), if there is slight noise or vibration, then increase the No.29
(2nd Notch Width Selection) by one Hz up to a max 3 and see if noise is heard.
5. If the noise is amplified, then reduce it by one to see if there is noise heard.
