3 Axis IO Boards are assembled into the equipment and they control the axes.
No. 1 Board : Assembled into the rear center of equipment. Controls the X, Y, Conveyor.
No. 2 Board : Assembled into the Y duct on the right of equipment. Controls the front Y axis Motor, Head
Z/R Mirror Motor.
No. 3 Board : Assembled into the Y duct on the left of equipment. Controls the rear Y axis Motor, Head
Z/R Mirror Motor.
No. 1 Axis IO Board
No. 2,3 Axis IO Board
1. Release the fastener for the Cover Driver Y and separate the cover.

Head IF Board controls the Fly & Fiducial Camera lighting, and the Vacuum Sensor, operates the
Vacuum/Blow Solenoid and controls the Z/R axis/Mirror side Home Sensor.
1. Release the fixing bolts for the Head Top Cover and separate the Cover.
2. Separate the cable connected to the board.
3. Remove the fixing bolts for the board and replace it with a new board.
