1. Power off the equipment.
2. Block the air pressure supplied to the equipment.
3. Separate the air pressure tube and the cable connected to the ANC's Cylinder.
4. Release the fixing bolts for the cylinder and separate the cylinder.
5. Replace with a new cylinder.

1. Run MMI and run Diagnosis> IO> Cylinder Check.
2. Click on Automatic to check the cylinder operation speed for each item.

1 Shutter Open speed 70~90msec
2 Shutter Close speed 50~70msec
3. Turn the Speed Controller to set the operational speed.
- CW: speed reduction.
- CCW: speed increased.

Check if each cylinder operates properly.
Check if the Cylinder Up/Down spec is met.
Check for noises or mechanical interferences during ANC operation.

1. Close the shutter and move the close detection sensor and meanwhile check if the sensor light is on.
(Check the detection range of the sensor in the bottom)
2. Move it by 1 mm from right to left of the close detection and then assemble it.
3. Open the shutter and move the open detection sensor and meanwhile check if the sensor light is on.
(Check the detection range of the sensor in the top)
