1 Montageanleitung 27" SIPLACE X4

1.1 Funktionale Beschreibung

Die SOKO Lange Leiterplatte kann nur in Verbindung mit der SOKO 00176092-xx verwendet wer-

den. 1

Die angelieferten Einheiten für Bearbeitungsbereich 1 und Bearbeitungsbereich 2 sind vormon-

tiert zum Einbau in LP- Transporte mit Anschlag Transportwange rechts. 1

1.2 Voraussetzungen

Hardware: SIPLACE X4, (Einfachtransport, mit fester Transportwange rechts) 1

Software: 603.24IN-01.47.1 1

1.3 Restriktionen

– Die minimale LP-Breite beträgt beim Einsatz der SOKO LBO 27" ca. 240 mm.

– Die minimale LP-Dicke beträgt 2,5 mm.

– Die maximale LP-Dicke beträgt 6,5 mm.

– Die maximale Leiterplattenwölbung beträgt 0,5 mm.

– Die maximale BE- Höhe auf der LP- Unterseite beträgt 21 mm.

– In Verbindung mit der Option gelten weiterhin die Einschränkungen für LP- Barcode.

– Die Zykluszeit verlängert sich um ca. 2 Sekunden pro Leiterplatte aufgrund der langsameren

Transportgeschwindigkeit.

– Die Lebensdauer der Transportriemen verkürzt sich aufgrund des höheren LP- Gewichtes.
