2.1 Function principle
The special design LBO 27” can only be used together with the special design 00176092-xx. 2
The delivered units for processing area 1 (PA1) and processing area 2 (PA2) are pre-assembled
for installation in machines with the stationary conveyor side wall on the right. 2
2.2 Requirements
Hardware: X4, (Single-conveyor, stationary conveyor side wall on right) 2
Software: 603.24IN-01.47.1 2
2.3 Restrictions
– The minimum PCB-width with the LBO 27” is about 240 mm.
– The minimum PCB-thickness is 2,5 mm.
– The maximum PCB-thickness is 6,5 mm.
– The maximum PCB-bowing is 0,5 mm.
– The maximum component height on the bottom side of the PCB is 21 mm.
– In combination with the special design the restrictions concerning the PCB-barcode still apply.
– The cycle-time delays about 2 seconds per PCB during to the slower conveyor-velocity.
– The lifetime of the conveyor-belts will decrease because of the higher PCB-weight.
