(Remedy 1) Press the [FeedBack DataClear] button in the "Printing Pressure" tab
sheet. (Vol.1, Chapter 2, Section 5, 2.5 "Printing Pressure" Tab)
1405000 Printing Pressure Printing pressure exceeded upper range.
Setting
(Cause 1) The output value of the load cell is abnormal.
(Remedy 1) Check for any foreign substances around the squeegee up/down cylin-
der and confirm that the squeegee is correctly installed.

tails.
1406000 Printing Pressure Printing pressure exceeded upper range. (Average Value)
Setting
(Cause 1) The printing pressure got out of the specified one during printing.
(Remedy 1) Check the parameter set in the "Average" text box of the "Printing Press.
Error Setting" group box in the "Operation Mode" tab sheet.
Increase the value when the threshold severer than required is specified.
(Target Value: 50N)
Check if the amount of the supplied solder paste is too much or not.
When the same error still occurs after the above-described checking,

1407000 Printing Pressure Front squeegee pressure exceeded minimum limit.
