between a mark pattern and its surrounds to get a clear fidu-
cial image.
Bright : Bright Fiducial/Dark Background
Dark : Dark Fiducial/Bright Background
Wrong mode selection causes malfunction of fiducial
mark recognition.

(7) Lighting
A lighting mode can be specified to illuminate the P.C.B.
Only “Normal” can be selected for the standard machine
(standard specifications).

Select this when there is enough difference in contrast be-
tween a fiducial mark and a P.C.B. (Recognition by Pattern
Matching Method)
