stopper of the parallel conveyer is switched.
Bit 3: If bit is set, the proximity switch of the
adjustment width is switched.
Bit 4: If bit is set, the adjustment width is at the
limit switch.
Bit 5: If bit is set, the proximity switch of the
stopper is switched.
Bit 6: If bit is set, the software switch high voltage
is off.
Bit 7: If bit is set, the ceramic substrate centering
is open.
