7. If the nozzle cleaning pressure is outside the tolerance, check that the syringe O-ring

and pin are properly inserted. Also check that the spool valve O-ring is not damaged.

Caution: Replace damaged parts as necessary.

8.4 Measuring the Vacuum Pressure

1. Measure the vacuum pressure. Use IO monitor to turn ON [Y006 PARTS VACUUM

PUMP ON] and [Y008 BASE COOLING FAN ON].

2. Prepare the vacuum measurement jigs (AA1ZT0*, 2AGKHJ01520*)

3. Attach the vacuum pressure measurement jig to the holder you wish to measure.

4. Lower the syringe spool valve only for the holder you wish to measure and raise all the

other spool valves.

5. Use the handy manometer to check that the vacuum pressure is within the tolerance

range of -90 kPa.

Note: Tolerance values are for new heads and should only be used as a reference

for used heads.

Note: The tolerance range of the vacuum pressure depends on the air source

pressure of the vacuum pump installed in the Base. Ensure that the air source

pressure of the vacuum pump which is displayed on the vacuum sensor on the base

front side is inside the range of -85.0 kPa to -91.8 kPa.
