6.3 Airflow Measurement

1. Set 0.7 mm nozzles on all the syringes except the one you will measure (23 syringes),

and then attach the head to the I/O check jig (AA1RS0*).

2. Raise all spool valves.

3. Attach the measurement jig (2AGKHJ015202) to the syringe to connect with the air flow.

5. Measure the airflow. (airflow: more than 0.1/min)

Note: The flow amount is reduced if any of the O-rings are damaged. Any damaged

O-rings should be replaced.

6.4 Nozzle Cleaning Pressure Measurement and Air Flow

Measurement

[Nozzle cleaning pressure measurement]

1. Attach the vacuum pressure measurement jig (2AGKHJ015202) to the syringe to

connect with the manometer.

2. Raise all the spool valves.

3. Use IO check to turn nozzle cleaning ON.

4. Check that the nozzle cleaning pressure is more than 10 kPa.

[Nozzle cleaning airflow]

1. Attach the vacuum pressure measurement jig (2AGKHJ015202) to the syringe to

connect with the air flow.

2. Raise all the spool valves.

3. Use IO check to turn nozzle cleaning ON.

4. Check that the airflow is more than 2 L/min.

6.5 Vacuum Pressure Measurement

1. Attach the head I/O check jig to the head.

2. Raise all spool valves.
