3. Attach the vacuum measurement jig （2AGKHJ015202）to the syringe to connect with the
manometer.
4. Turn the vacuum pump power ON.
5. Lower the spool for the syringe to measure the vacuum pressure.
Tolerance when origin pressure is -91.8kPA: -85.0～-91.8kPA
6. Measure all the syringes.
