Step 1. 参考详见"4. Front X-Frame 前面移动" (第1-3页) 和 ""Rear
X Frame 后面移动" (第1-8页)把各X Frame向两端进行移动。
Step 2. 按OP面板的'EMG'按钮停止作业后、依次按'STOP','RESET'按钮。
详细内容请参阅详见"2. 紧急停止" (第1-2页)
Step 3. 检查Vacuum Filter变色与否（检查过滤器变色周期：建议每月1
次）
Step 4. 从真空过滤器分离圈管
注 意
检查或交换Vacuum Filter后，请查看Filter和Tube的组装状态。
