Step 3. 按下操作面板的"EMG"按键停止作业后、依次按下"STOP"
、"RESET"。
详见"3. 紧急停止"(1-5页)
Step 4. 用超细纤维布清除LM Guide Rail的 灰 尘 等 杂 质 后 、用 刷 子 在 LM
Guide Rail涂抹润滑脂(Grease)。
Step 5. 用超细纤维布清除Lead Screw的灰 尘等杂质。
