1. Outline
This adjusting jig can be used to measure the pickup position and write the
offset data in the memory of the feeder in order to maintain the accuracy and
reliability of the feeder.

(Lanes #1 and #2 for 8 mm Tape Feeder)

Notes
: (a) The master tape is required for the measurement of the X/Y
data.
(b) The following apparatuses are required for the measurement
of the Z data. These apparatuses are not included in this
feeder adjusting jig.
These apparatuses should be prepared in your company.
