1.5 Instandhaltung Ausgabe 07/01 Issue

à Befestigen Sie die neue Filtermatte (Art.-Nr. siehe Abschn. 1.2), die im Lieferzustand bereits

auf einem Filterrahmen befestigt ist, mit Hilfe des Klettverschlusses am Deckelrahmen.

à Setzen Sie den „Deckel kpl.“ mit leichtem Druck auf die Wanne, so daß der Deckel in die

Wanne einrastet.

1.5.5 Absaugen der Luftfiltermatten, wöchentlich

à Bringen Sie die Maschine in den Ausgangszustand für die Instandhaltung, wie oben im

Abschn. 1.5.3 beschrieben.

à Öffnen Sie den Deckel des Luftfilterkastens, wie oben im Abschn. 1.5.4 beschrieben und neh-

men Sie den Deckel ab.

HINWEIS:

Stellen Sie den Staubsauger auf eine angepaßt reduzierte Leistung ein, damit die Filtermatte we-

der eingesaugt noch vom Klettverschluss gerissen wird, aber trotzdem sauber wird. 1

à Verwenden Sie einen Staubsauger mit breiter Düse und saugen Sie die Filtermatte auf der

Oberseite einmal wöchentlich gründlich ab.

à Erkunden Siebei der wöchentlichen Reinigung den Verschmutzungsgrad der Filtermatten und

legen Sie - in Abhängigkeit zu den Betriebsstunden - ein gesichertes, individuelles Austausch-

intervall für die Filtermatten dieser Maschine fest. Je nach Standort der Maschine innerhalb ei-

ner Halle kann dieses Intervall evtl. auch unterschiedlich sein.

à Dokumentieren Sie das ermittelte Intervall, so daß die Information jederzeit auch anderen Per-

sonen, die Instandhaltung ausführen, zur Verfügung steht.

Fan with Increased Power"

2.1 Application and General View

The optional air filter box incl. the required fan with increased power is used in the event of

elevated dust concentrations in the air around the machine. This option makes it possible to

supply filtered ambient air for cooling the motors inside the SIPLACE HS-50 machine.

The retrofit described here is only allowed to be carried out by SMD service engineers of

Siemens Dematic AG.The maintenance work such as cleaning and replacing the filter mats is

only allowed to be carried out by appropriately trained personnel (analogous to the maintenance

instructions for the SIPLACE HS-50 machine). Maintenance work is subject to all safety

instructions contained in the maintenance instructions for the HS-50.

2.1.2 Personnel and Time Required

1 service engineer for the retrofitting job

incl. fan replacement approx. 15 minutes

- Trained maintenance personnel

- Duration of filter mat replacement as

part of maintenance: 1 minute per filter
