2.3 SIPLACE HS-50 / HS-60 / D4
2.3.1 Required parts
Connnection kit for vacuum pump HS-50 (item number 00119018-01) 2
Connnection kit for vacuum pump HS-60/D4 (item number 00119406-01) 2
Vacuum pump (item no. 00119794-xx) 2
2.3.2 Required tools
Set of allen keys. 2
Set of flat wrenches. 2
Cross-head screwdriver 2
2.3.3 Fitting
: Switch the placement machine off at the main switch and isolate it from the mains.
: Open the compressed air supply door.
: Close the main compressed air stopcock.
: Remove the complete compressed air unit.
: Screw the compressed air unit and the vacuum block on an angle holder.
: Lay a "Festo PUN 8" hose to every gantry.
: Connect all eight former compressed air hoses with the vacuum block.
: Connect the four new hoses to the stopcocks 1 to 4.
: Put blind plugs into the stopcocks 1 to 4.
