: Insert the newly installed PUN8-hose in the adapter PUN8 / PUN4.

: Loosen the vacuum hose PUN4 of the gantry distributor block and insert the hose in the adap-
ter PUN8/PUN4.
: Install the cover of the trailing cable.
: Install the gantry cover and the rejection bin.

Changes on the placement head 2
: Remove the head board.
: Remove the hoses from the vacuum generator.
: Remove the vacuum generator.
: Install the vacuum generator for the vacuum pump (item no. 00307848-01).
: Connect the hoses to the new vacuum generator.
: Remove the Y-joint of hoses no. 5 and no. 2.

: Plug the new PUN8 hose into the reducing adapter PUN8 / PUN4.
: Loosen the compressed air hoses 6 and 7 (PUN4) from the gantry distributor block and plug
them into the reducing adapter.
: Plug hose 1 as shown in the picture below.

Don’t use the black blind plug of the former assignment for the modification vacuum pump.
