Requirements for Installation
Avoid any place that vibrates severely.
The ambient temperatures must be 20 ± 10
°
C and humidity 30 to 80 %.
Any dew condensation must be avoided.
When the machine is transferred to another place and the ambient temperature rises more
than the surface of the machine, dew may condense under the condition described below.
Note that dew condensation may cause the machine to break down.
Condition of Dew Condensation
Dew may condense when the difference (based on "Humidity (%)") between the ambient
temperature of the destination (the place where the machine was transferred) and the
surface temperature of the machine reaches the values or more in the table below.
Humidity (%) of Destination

and Surface Temperature of Machine

Ensure that the selected place is free of electric noise, etc.
Precautionary measures (prevention of noise generation, etc.,) must be taken for other
equipment to prevent the machine from malfunctioning.
Do not expose the machine to combustible or corrosive gas.
Select a place free of lamp soot and dust.

Power Supply
Conrm that the following power is supplied to this jig
Voltage : 220 V
±
10% AC
Before inserting the power plug, be sure to check the voltage and conrm that it matches
the specied one. Otherwise, the jig unit may break down.
And uctuating voltage and noise in the power line can have not only a bad inuence on
the machine but also trigger a malfunction of the machine, causing an accident.
Take necessary measures to prevent the other equipment from generating noises.
The preparation and connection of the primary power unit must be made on the
customer side.
Power Failure
Instantaneous voltage drop due to power failure or lightning will cause the built-in
computer to break down and the basic and application programs to corrupt.
It is recommended that a DC uninterruptive power supply be used as a countermeasure
against instantaneous voltage drop.
Personal Computer
The provided personal computer is used to save or output the measured data. When the
power is cut off while the computer is working (computer being accessed), the computer
may break down, causing the stored data and software programs to corrupt.
