1. Outline
This adjusting jig can be used to measure the jig origin and write the offset
data in the memory of the feeder in order to maintain the accuracy and
reliability of the feeder.

2. Function This jig makes it possible to perform the following measurements and write the
offset data.
Measurement of Component Pickup Position and Writing of Offset Data
for Tape Feeders
•
Lane Origin Offset
(Lanes #1 and #2 for 8 mm Tame Feeder)
•
Offset Data X, Y and Z
Notes
: (a) The master tape is required for the measurement of the X/Y
data.
(b) The following apparatuses are required for the measurement
of the Z data. These apparatuses are not included is this
feeder adjusting jig.
These apparatuses should be prepared in your company.

Block Gauge (104.0 mm)
•
Pry-Type Dial Gauge (0.01 mm)
•
Stand (used for the pry-type dial gauge)
•
Surface Plate (300 mm
