11.1.4 Notes on Operation
Before refilling a magazine for the first time with a particular nozzle type, affix a sticker marked with the
nozzle type in question on the magazine.
NOTE
Only one nozzle type is permitted per magazine!
Fill the magazines outside the machine and only ever change complete magazines.
Open the key plate and insert the nozzles into the nozzle garages.
Close the key plate so that the nozzles will not be able to drop out of the magazines.
Magazines may only be filled when all nozzles of the revolver head have been returned to the magazines.
If you want to execute various functions of the nozzle-changer, see Sections 4.2.6 and 4.2.7 of this user
manual.
For programming the nozzle-changer at the line computer, see the UNIX line computer user’s manual.
NOTE
Avoid letting components fall onto magazines. This can lead to the
key plate jamming
. Avoid letting compo-
nents fall onto empty locations (locations are magnetic!). Magazines will then not be able to be
set defined
in
the location.
Clear magazines and unused locations
regularly
of components.
