Monthly Hardware Check
Camera System Tick
Remove any debris and clean the up and down camera lenses. See Page 58 and Page 59.
Remove any debris and clean the board at stop opto. See Page 56.
Check the full movement of axes travel, no fouling of looms.
Check the vanes do not foul the sensors.
Inspect camera for signs of damage.
Check the camera at the reference position.
Check the camera to stencil focus.
Check the camera carriage drag chain for droop.
Check the X and Y belts for tension and wear (rotary only). See Page 58.
Check the board stop operates correctly. See Page 56.
Check the camera X home position.
Check the camera Y home position.
Squeegee Mechanism Tick
Check mechanism is free from debris.
Inspect wiring and connections.
Using the grease nipples, lubricate the spindle shafts. See Page 66.
With the squeegees in the down position, wipe the leadscrews and supernuts with an IPA wipe and re-grease.
See Page 66.
Check the condition and tension of the drive belts. See Page 66.
Check the squeegees home correctly.
Cycle the squeegees over their entire movement.
Perform a calibration of the squeegee reference height.
M36 Control Enclosure Tick
Inspect wiring and connections.
Ensure cards are seated properly.
Clean area around air inlets.
M37 Power Supply Enclosure Tick
Inspect wiring and connections.
Clean area around air inlet.
PC Enclosure Tick
Remove debris from around the outside of the enclosure.
Clean the area around the outside of the air inlets.

BOARD CLAMPS. EXTREME CARE MUST BE EXERCISED WHEN WORKING IN
THE TOOLING AREA OF THE MACHINE TO AVOID INJURY. THE FOILS ON THE
FRONT AND REAR BOARD CLAMPS ARE VERY SHARP.

HARMFUL SUBSTANCES. CLEANING WIPES AND CLEANING SOLUTIONS MAY
CONTAIN SUBSTANCES HAZARDOUS TO HEALTH. WHEN USING CLEANING
WIPES AND CLEANING SOLUTIONS THE MANUFACTURERS’ SAFETY DATA
SHEETS MUST BE STRICTLY ADHERED TO.

Before commencing with the Monthly Maintenance, ensure the Daily Mainte-
nance has been completed.
Software Check Record Tick
Check the date and time settings.
Check the software loaded and options.
Check the software version is the latest issue.
View Event Log Tick
Check for initialisation errors.
Check for stencil position errors (31210, 31211, 31212).
Check for camera errors (31207, 31208).
Adjustable Stencil Mount (ASM) Tick
Remove any debris and clean the ASM assembly. See Page 62.
Remove any debris and clean the pulley assemblies. See Page 62.
